Shaun White Snowboarding Road Trip (Wii)

Shaun White Snowboarding Road Trip is OK. It's better if you have a Wii balance board. If you don't then it's VERY boring

When you first start off in the menu there's single player and multiplayer (with someone else, not online). In single player you start off doing some basic snowboarding and work your way to new places. All you do is move around with your knees and press buttons on your Wii remote in mid-air. This eventually gets boring. Multiplayer is the same thing but with someone together.

Overall this game is not worth over $20 and is not that fun.

Good:
Fun at first
Sound

Bad:
Just about everything else
Boring

RATE:5.9

Left 4 Dead (PC)

The game Left 4 Dead is a hit before the second one came out. But I'm only going to talk about the first one. Left 4 Dead is an intense shooting game where you kill zombies. Good thing about this game is you have team mates. Bad thing is they are always behind you as if their scared.

When you start off in the menu there's single player where you can play/replay missions. Multiplayer can be quite fun if you work together well with your partner.

Gameplay is excellent but very intense if you listen carefully to the audio. If you turn off the audio and put on subtitles, it basically kills the game. Trust me you'll get really bored if you turn on the subtitles and turn the audio off.

Overall this game is a pretty good pickup.

Goods:
Addiciting
Makes you want to play missions over and over without boringness
Great audio

Bad:
Can get very intense

RATE:8.8

Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii)

The new super smash bros. is rather, no difference at all. Other than new maps and characters and the fact that now it's on the Wii. This game was an award winning when Super Smash Bros. Melee came out. Now it's won yet another award and it's one of the best Wii games ever made.

When you start out in the menu, there's Brawl where you just knock the people off the screen. Single player mode, where you do the story and events. Just saying these if you have no idea what this game is about may sound boring. But once you start the game this game will kick ***. Fun for a LONG time. There's really nothing to talk about but how addicting it can get. Once you get use to the controls you're off to fun world.

Goods:
Variety of places (A.K.A. maps)
More characters
Very addicting

Bad:
.. I can't really think of any bad things about it

Overall a great game.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas (PSP)

If this is your first fps game, congratulations you are just like me. I have to say I thought this game was OK. In the menu you start off with Single Player (which you can play story mode, mission mode, and terro hunt), Multiplayer (I've never tried that one), Options (sound, brightness, autosave), and Extras (credits and rewards of pictures.. I guess).

People complain story mode is short. There are only 5 missions but each mission can take you awhile. You need to complete the first mission in order to do terro hunt (killing everyone you see). If you fail in story mode it just reloads last checkpoint but you don't get full health and you don't get full ammo. If you run out of Primary ammo then your done and go to secondary. Secondary will have unlimited ammo.

Mission mode you just replay the missions you completed in story mode.

Terro hunt is probably my favorite. Pick your weapons and go kill anyone. The only thing that will suck about it is the aiming. It is quite slow.

Goods:
Long mission
Great sound
Terro hunt

Bad:
Missions take forever
Sometimes when you shoot, it freezes
Doesn't save checkpoint frequent enough

Overall this game is a good price of what it is now.

SCORE: 7.6

Rockband Unplugged (PSP)

Rockband Unplugged is a great game if you enjoyed guitar hero. The only difference compare to guitar hero is there are no strumming and there are only 4 frets. That really takes out a lot of stress.

In the menu when you first start it's the same as guitar hero but with more options. The different one is the Extras. In the extras you can do a warmup game which is the same type of game as guitar hero (try gettting note streaks). In quick play it's not really much difference compare what you do in the mode tour. You try to complete as many phrase as possible without messing up. The thing that really kills me is, if you don't complete the phrase you'll have to keep trying. While that's happening you also have to watch the OTHER instruments. It's really hard for a beginner to watch all the instruments without failing any of it. Now on to the tour mode. You create a "band" which has 4 characters and guess who has to play the instruments. YOU. That's right you have to play everything that you see without failing anything. Other than the playing part you can customize your band people's clothes and buy then newer instruments. *NOTE: The instruments you buy does not effect how you play.

Overall this game is a good buy for around $20.

Goods:
Sound
Different songs
Play different instruments

Bad:
Play everything without failing
Complete phrases otherwise you fail
It's not really a band if your playing everything
Lacks multiplayer/online

SCORE: 8.3
